ll reservations made through the portal www.xeocamping.com<\/a> (hereinafter, the Website), owned by AVENTEIRA S. COOP. GALEGA, are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, GTCC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GTCC are complemented by the Legal Notice<\/a>, the Privacy Policy<\/a>, and the Cookies Policy<\/a>, which must be read by users of the website prior to making a purchase. Once accepted, these policies shall be understood as included within the GTCC for all applicable legal purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By making a reservation through the Website, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By making a reservation, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts all the present General Terms and Conditions of Contract (GTCC). This applies without prejudice to the acceptance of any specific conditions that may govern particular services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\/ GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our campsite is much more than a place to spend the night: it’s a space designed for experiences. Every corner invites you to explore, rest, and reconnect with yourself and nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\/ PARTICULARITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bungalows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our bungalows, built from recycled shipping containers, offer a modern, comfortable, and eco-friendly accommodation option. Each is named after a unique location in the Geopark and designed to make you feel connected to your surroundings without sacrificing comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer 7 air-conditioned bungalows, 29 m\u00b2 in size, with capacity for 4 people, featuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Two bedrooms (4 beds total)
– Living-dining room with kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, basic utensils)
– Private bathroom
– Bed linens and towels
– Parking space<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camping Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer 8 plots for 3 or 6 people, all accessible by vehicle. Additionally, we have a free camping area (no vehicle) that does not require prior booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camper van plots include direct access to power and water, and a waste disposal station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camping includes access to a communal module with bathrooms and private showers, a laundry area, and power outlets for charging devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6\/ PRICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All service prices shown on our website are in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AVENTEIRA S. COOP. GALEGA may apply discounts for loyalty, bulk purchases, or other reasons at its discretion. These discounts are voluntary and cannot be demanded by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7\/ PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit or debit card:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enhance security, cards require a 3-digit CSC code, found on the back of your card, to verify physical presence during online transactions. AVENTEIRA S. COOP. GALEGA reserves the right to request this code before accepting a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit card fraud is a crime. AVENTEIRA S. COOP. GALEGA will take legal action against fraudulent transactions and monitor all activity as permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bank transfer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your reservation is made, you?ll receive the account number for the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please include your reservation ID and name in the transfer details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8\/ ADMISSION<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the client will receive a document stating the name, type, and category of the establishment, total accommodation price, check-in\/check-out dates, and any other agreed terms. The final price will comply with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/ CANCELLATION POLICY<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
– Cancellation between 5 or 2 days: 50% refund
– Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: no refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\/ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Article 103 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services of accommodation for purposes other than housing, transport, vehicle rental, meals, or leisure services when contracts specify a particular date or execution period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12\/ JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the client is a consumer\/user, any disputes shall be submitted to the relevant civil courts at the consumers place of residence, according to current law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13\/ RULES AND POLICIES OF XEOC\u00c1MPING MONTA\u00d1AS DO COUREL<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bungalow usage rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Minimum stay: 2 nights.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalows, including vaporizers and similar devices.
– Air conditioning and interior lighting must be turned off when leaving the bungalow temporarily or permanently.
– Doors and windows must remain closed while air conditioning is on.
– Maximum of 1 pet per bungalow, only if requested and confirmed at the time of booking. The responsible person must report and cover any damage caused by the pet.
– Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Unauthorized persons are not allowed access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plot types:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motorhome or caravan plots (with electricity and water):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Equipped with power connection (max. 1600W) and individual water point.
– Includes access to waste disposal and recreational vehicle washing area.
– Suitable for large vehicles (motorhomes, caravans, campers).
– Includes space for one vehicle on the same plot.
– Certified adapters must be used for power connection.
– Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded (3 to 6 people).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tent camping plots:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ground or grass surface, no individual electricity or water connection.
– Nearby shared areas with water points, electricity, clotheslines, and toilets.
– Portable barbecues are allowed on the plot, never directly on the ground.
– Vehicle access is allowed on plots.
– Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded (3 to 6 people).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbecue area rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Use is only allowed in designated areas and with prior authorization from campsite management.
– Fires directly on the ground or outside designated areas are strictly prohibited.
– In strong wind or high fire risk, barbecue use may be temporarily prohibited for safety.
– Embers must be controlled and fully extinguished before leaving the area. Ashes must be removed, and the space cleaned.
– Collecting wood from the forest or using materials that cause uncontrolled sparks\/flames (e.g., hydrocarbons) is not allowed.
– Portable barbecues on plots require prior authorization and compliance with safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pet policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Pets are allowed throughout the premises, provided they are controlled in outdoor and shared areas. Dogs must be leashed unless inside bungalows, tents, or motorhomes.
– Dangerous animals (per R.D. 50\/1999) are not permitted.
– In bungalows: only one pet per unit, declared at the time of booking.
– A one-time pet fee is included in the bungalow price, regardless of species, breed, or age.
– No pet fee is charged in camping areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swimming pools (unsupervised):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The campsite has two pools: one standard and one children’s wading pool.
– No lifeguards are present, in accordance with regulations. Use is at the users own risk.
– Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
– Running, jumping, pushing, or dangerous games are not allowed in or around the pool.
– No food or drinks in the bathing area.
– Showering is mandatory before entering the pool.
– Pool hours will be posted and may change based on needs.
– The pool is available only during high season, weather permitting.
– Maximum capacity signs must be respected. Be courteous and allow others a turn if crowded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peace and coexistence:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Quiet hours: 00:00 to 09:00. Normal activity is allowed but at a low volume. No vehicle movement or loud music during this time.
– Respect shared areas and other guests.
– Visitors must be registered at reception and are not allowed access without prior authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Common room and dining area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A multi-purpose space available to guests for:
– Eating meals independently (microwave, fridge, sink provided).
– Socializing, playing games, reading, or other activities.
– No restaurant service is provided. Guests manage their own food.
– Vending machines with snacks and drinks are available.
– Smoking is prohibited inside, including vapers.
– Maintain a calm, respectful environment.
– Clean up after use, return books, games, or other shared materials to their place.
– Hours will be communicated at reception and may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Payment and cancellation policies follow each platforms specific rules.
– Xeocamping cannot alter platform terms.
